OUR PARTNERS

Across the UK, Australia and USA, several organisations, individuals and trusts have helped us fund the day to day operations of Sivan Arul Illam, and many of Sivan Arul Foundation’s humanitarian projects.

The Tamil Engineers Foundation, Australia has helped fund many revolving fund projects for displaced families, helped provide bicycles for students, and tube-well projects. They provide educational support for more than 70 children for the past 8 years.

The Australian Medical Aid Foundation, Australia initially helped us provide medical help for the children’s home. They fund medical expenses for 40 paraplegics in the Vanni district.

Anbaalayam, Australia have funded several revolving fund projects and livelihood projects.

Vanni Neyam, New Zealand have been helping with livelihood and revolving fund projects, and have now established a free learning/training computer centre in Vanni.

Gandhi Illam, New Zealand has been funding almost half the cost of running the children’s homes in Thiruketheeswaram for the last 10 years. They have also contributed to many revolving fund and livelihood projects.

Adhiparasakthi Valipaatu Manram, UK have regularly helped us by providing regular meals, ever since the opening of the children’s homes. They have contributed generously towards livelihood projects and education projects in the North and East.

The Ratnam Foundation, UK have funded computer centres in Jaffna, Akkaraipattu, Olimadu and the Sivan Arul Vocational Training centre.

Path to the Future, UK provides funds for sporting activities at the children’s homes.

Lotus Caring Hands, UK have helped us fund the building for sewing centre at the SVPTC.
