Our Sustainable Development Projects focus on creating lasting opportunities through integrated farming, food production, and skills development. By fostering sustainable livelihoods, we’re not just providing jobs – we’re nurturing hope, dignity, and a brighter future for individuals and communities across Sri Lanka.

Integrated Farms

  • Thatchanamaruthamadu Farm (15 acres)

Our integrated farms are designed to be self-sustaining ecosystems that provide multiple benefits.

  • Sustainable Agriculture: We cultivate a variety of crops including coconuts, peanuts, urid dhall, sesame, and seasonal vegetables.
  • Animal Husbandry: Our farms include poultry and cattle farming, providing additional income streams and promoting biodiversity.
  • Water Management: We implement rainwater harvesting and efficient irrigation systems to ensure year-round cultivation.
  • Employment Opportunities: Local community members, including war-affected individuals, find meaningful employment on our farms.
  • Skills Development: We provide training in modern farming techniques, animal care, and farm management.

Sivan Arul Products Factory

Located in Kilinochchi, our factory is a hub of economic activity and skill development

  • Products: We produce a range of spices, flours, and food items, with a focus on quality and tradition.
  • Employment: The factory provides jobs to 150 war-affected individuals, particularly focusing on empowering women.
  • International Reach: Our products are exported to countries including Switzerland, UK, Canada, France, and Australia.
  • Technology: We've invested in modern machinery to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Community Impact: Profits from the factory are reinvested into our education and community development projects.

Sivan Arul Bakery

Our bakery in Puthukkudiyiruppu serves multiple purposes.

  • Job Creation: It provides employment opportunities, especially for youth and women.
  • Skill Development: Employees receive training in baking, food safety, and business management.
  • Community Service: The bakery supplies fresh, quality baked goods to the local community.
  • Sustainable Model: Profits are reinvested into expanding our impact and supporting other initiatives.
