Growing More Than Just Crops
Our farm has become a hub of innovation and opportunity. Led by Arichandran, a former child of Sivan Arul Illam who now serves as our farm manager, the initiative has grown into a thriving ecosystem. With his degree from Jaffna University, he combines education with hands-on expertise to improve agricultural practices and increase productivity.
Alongside him, Ginthusan, another Jaffna University graduate, has transformed our dairy farming operations. His expertise in CO3 grass cultivation has enhanced the nutrition and efficiency of our dairy farm, making it a model for sustainable agriculture.

Our farming approach integrates multiple sustainable practices, including:
- Crop diversification with plantain, corn, and other essential produce
- Organic and natural farming techniques to maintain soil health
- Dairy farming with improved nutrition through specialized fodder cultivation
- Employment and training programs for young aspiring farmers
